Over 100 5th graders from Creslane Elementary School delivered the over 200 Chinook Salmon fry that they had raised from eggs to the Coast Fork of the Willamette River on Tuesday. We were joined by Pam Reber, the Executive Director of the Coast Fork of the Willamette Watershed Council. We were also joined by State Parks Ranger Scott Youngblood. The talked to the classes about what happens to the salmon from this point on. To find out more information about the experience, check out the student blogs.
